    מעולה לכאבי גב!
    אותי היא פשוט הצילה מכאבים קשים, ואפשר לומר שעשתה לי בכלל שינוי ביחס גוף / לכושר וכו'.
    יש לה ידע עצום, היא מלמדת בעיקר שיטת פאולה ופלדנקרייז.
    לא יודעת אם היא באה הביתה, אבל בכל מקרה שווה ממש להתייעץ איתה.
    היא מומחית בהרבה סוגי בעיות, אבל לדעתי בעיקר בכאבי גב ופריצות דיסק.
    בלי קשר – מכניסה לפה שיש קשר אדוק בין כאבי גב למצב נפשי – לחץ / סטרס וכו' – וחשוב לטפל בד בבד בנפש.
    כן, גם אם רואים בצילום פריצת דיסק.
    יש הרבה אנשים בלי כאב גב שכשעושים להם צילום מגלים שיש להם פריצת דיסק והם לא סובלים מכאבים… כך שהצילום לא מוכיח כלום.
    ממליצה על הספר החרדי "מאחורי כאב הגב" שמבוסס על הספר של ד"ר סארנו "ריפוי הכאב הכרוני".
    ולשאלה השנייה – ממליצה על ורד רוזנוויג פסיכולוגית קלינית מעולה בבני ברק, הטלפון שיש לי: 054-3454929 מקווה שהוא מעודכן.
